Function
The XS GIG x-ray system is specially designed for the complicated detection of glass particles in glass or plastic containers. It also detects unwanted foreign objects such as metal, stones, ceramics or plastic with high density in the product. The XS37 devices use a scanning hight up to 370 mm with a straight product tunnel for conveyor speed up to 1 m/s.
The hygienic design with protection type IP66 for the product tunnel makes the XS GIG products particularly suitable for all companies and industries that have to ensure high hygiene standards.
Accessories & Extras
The XRAY SHARK® XS37 GIG is available with separating screws in different sizes. These screws guarantee optimal inspection without product jams. They are easy to install and adjust for a fast change of products.
Radiation counters are as well available as certfied test cards , a 21 CFR Part 11 compliance or a BRC compliance kit.
