Neutron Radiation Detector BD-04
A portable multipurpose radiation laboratory PM1402M is consists of a processing unit and five external exchangeable radiation detectors. PM1402M can be used for detection and measurement of alpha, beta, gamma and neutron radiation and gamma spectrum accumulation.
Gamma Radiation Detector BD-04 is based on H-3 and designed for measurement of DER of neutron radiation and search of neutron radiation sources.

Electronic personal dosimeters of PM1610 series provide measurement of dose equivalent (DE) and dose equivalent rate (DER) of continuous and pulsed X-ray and gamma radiation in the energy range from 20 keV to 10 MeV, as well as time of dose accumulation. Instruments have audible, visual and vibration alarms warn the user when preset dose/dose rate threshold levels are exceeded. Shockproof rubberized case and LCD with fluorescent backlight allows operation in harsh environment. Dosimeters are compact and easy to use, have long life built-in rechargeable battery.
PM1610 series is recommended for use by medical personnel, first responders, customs and border patrol, radiological and radioisotope laboratories, professionals exposed to pulsed radiation.
Upgraded PRD PM1703xx-II Series have improved CsI(Tl) detector characteristics and fully comply with ANSI N42.32-2016.
The extended measurement range is enabled by the installed new CsI(Tl) detector with a semiconductor photomultiplier (SiPM).
* Instruments of PM1703xx-II Series were successfully tested in ORNL.

Radiation Portal Monitors (RPMs) of PM5000B Series are highly sensitive fixed installation systems designed to automatically detect illicit trafficking of radioactive materials.
Application: airports, seaports, railway stations, customs and border checkpoints, nuclear plants and other facilities of the nuclear industry, nuclear waste disposal and storage sites, scrap metal industry, governmental offices, banks and post offices.
Gamma radiation detector BDG3 performs the following functions: measurement of dose equivalent rate (DER) of X-ray and gamma radiation, search for the photon radiation sources, registration and accumulation of photon radiation scintillation spectra.
BDG3 can be used by emergency services, radiological and isotope laboratories, customs and border services, nuclear industry facilities, to search, detect and localize radioactive and nuclear sources and prevent illicit trafficking of radioactive and nuclear materials.
