Function
The XS GIG x-ray system is specially designed for the complicated detection of glass particles in glass or plastic containers. It also detects unwanted foreign objects such as metal, stones, ceramics or plastic with high density in the product. XRAY SHARK® XS25 GIG devices use a scanning hight up to 250 mm.

The hygienic design with protection type IP66 for the product tunnel makes the XS GIG products particularly suitable for all companies and industries that have to ensure high hygiene standards.Description

The XRAY SHARK® XS25 GIG is specially designed for this application and detects glass particles even in hard-to-reach areas of glass or plastic containers like jars or bottles. Undesirable contaminants such as metal, stone, ceramic, glass or plastic with high density can be detected in the product.

User-friendly operation:
CASSEL x-ray inspection systems have a large 17” color touch screen and intuitive software. Operations are simple and user-friendly. The production staff will not need any special training to work with the XRAY SHARK® XS25 GIG.

Easy cleaning and maintenance:
The hygienic design of the XS GIG makes cleaning and maintenance very easy. All components are clearly structured and can be easily disassembled for cleaning and reassembled just as easily. This leads to minimum downtime for your production line.

Real time detection with colored contamination analysis:
The x-ray inspection systems detect foreign bodies with maximum sensitivity. In real time, contaminated products are detected and can be sorted out quickly and safely. On the large screen of the x-ray inspection device, contaminations are highlighted with colored icons.

Masking functions:
With the innovative XIA3 software system, parts of the product may be hidden. This proves effective for packaged products, where the actual packaging should not be examined for foreign bodies. Unnecessary false rejection of products can be prevented with the masking function.

Auto storing of inspection data, with time/date stamp:
The XRAY SHARK® XS25 GIG is equipped with an automatic memory function. This allows you to save all quality control data quickly and easily. The data of all tested products can be stored, or you can opt to only store data for contaminated products. All images are saved with a time and date stamp in order to simplify the analysis and verification of data.
