LTJ11 integrated input type level transmitter
Characteristics: Without junction box, it’s convenient to install. The zero point and full range cann’t be adjusted. The dry ceramic capacitor sensor come into contact with the medium directly, prevent the malign influence of sunshine, temperature etc, thus the output signal is just decided by the level. The measurement parts and transmission parts are integrated, the structure is compact.

LTJ11 integrated input type level transmitter use a dry ceramic capacitor sensor as measurement unit. Probe diaphragm shall be subject to level pressure, causing a corresponding elastic displacement in the process of measurement. According to the principle of level pressure in proportion to the distance between the two poles, a changing capacitance shall be detected by the transmitter, and then enlarged so that it can output a accurate voltage signal when passing through trimming circuit. Finally, the signal shall be converted to a corresponding standard current signal output with a range from 4mA to 20mA.
The measurement parts and transmission parts are integrated, compact structure, it’s easy for installation. The sensor and transmitter are sealled in the probe, and the case of the probe is a stainless steel sealing structure, the protection class can up to IP68.

LTS quartz tube level transmitter adopts side mounting through a bypass pipe or top mounting. The transmitter contains quartz tube plus stainless protective sleeve, level switch, level transmitter, etc..
Side mounted magnetic bundle unit through a bypass pipe is placed inside of the floating ball, while top mounted magnetic bundle unit is connected with the floating ball. When the floating ball moves over liquid level, the magnetic bundle unit shall move along a level relay made up of a serial of magnetic module. Under the action of the magnetic unit, the magnetic module inside the level relay shall make a corresponding action, output a changed resistor signal, and then transfer the signal into a current output signal of 4~20mA. Meanwhile, the level can be observed directly through the quartz tube, and a magnetic switch shall conduct a related action at the corresponding point, making alarming action and control output.
The magnetic unit of the floating ball adopts a special magnetic group, which can still provide the required magnetic force for normal working of the transmitter even if used for a long period. Meanwhile, when the floating ball moves along a guide rod, the stronger linear magnetic field derived from the magnetic bundle unit of the floating ball, shall attract magnetic induction modules in the sensor one by one, thereby improving the accuracy rating and reducing the deviation of the transmitter.

Profile:
LTL series of transmitter use dry ceramic sensors as measuring unit. When the sensor is put into the measured liquid, the level will give a pressure on the surface of the sensor’s membrane. According to the proportion principle to the liquid pressure and liquid level, it will produce a corresponding elastic displacement. Because the dielectric and the area between two plate is constant, the capacitance and the distance between the two level is in proportion, so from substrate electrode and diaphragm electrode it can detects the changing capacitance. When the capacitance is enlarged by fine-tuning circuit, it can export an accurate voltage signal. Then the outputted voltage signal will be transformed into corresponding light pulse signal and exported.
LTJ uses split installing, and connect by flange. The transmitter part with aluminum alloy shell is sealed fastening. The shell specially adds the high molecular sieve stomata, it is breathable but impermeable, it can prevent condensation and protect the transmitter. The guide rod connection would make sure the sensors is keeping fair with the atmospheric pressure. It is suitable for big range measurement.
We provide two types of probes for you to choose. The transmitter part transforms signal from sensors into corresponding light pulse signal, then exports it by fiber. The transmitter with aluminum alloy shell is sealed fastening, its protection class can up to IP65. The cable is made of ST plug fiber and it is convenient to install and debug.

The light pulse converter is used for transforming the input light pulse signal into corresponding electrical signal and then export it. It is the required components for light pulse level meter. LP light pulse converter applies high accuracy F/V conversion devices, it can transform the input light signal to corresponding signal with a range of 4～20mA and export it. DL fiber is single-mode fiber, the fiber comprehensively optimized the window’s performance of 1310nm and 1550nm. The dispersion on 1310nm window is the smallest. It comprehensively supports high capacity and low cost transmission of optical components.

The transmitter uses two-wire wiring, which can be wired easily; Junction box is separated from probe, making it more suitable for on-site installation; the shell of sensor adopts stainless steel omniseal structure, which can attain a protection class up to IP68; the cable uses a water-proof gas guidance cable, capable of withstanding long-term immersion in water. Thereby, the transmitter is a liquid level measurement device featuring reasonable structure, economic and stable performance.

LTJ21 guide rod insert type level transmitter adopts diffusion silicon or dry ceramic capacitor as measurement unit. In process of measurement, diaphragm of probe, under action of level pressure, shall change its capacitance or resistance. The concise voltage signal shall be output after capacitance or resistance signal is enlarged by microcircuit. Finally, the signal shall be transferred into a corresponding standard current signal output of 4~20mA.
The measurement parts and transmission parts of LTJ21 are connected by the rigidity of the stainless steel
guides, it is suitable for the environment of flow rate liquid and swinging liquid. It is easy to install. But the
guide rod’s length is limited, so the measuring range is smaller. The sensors could select ceramic capacitor diaphragm,
the measurement is accurate and reliable, its accuracy class can up to 0.1.
