Function
Metal detector METAL SHARK® TU is used in combination with conveyor belts or chutes when they cannot be divided or dismantled. The sidewalls of the TU can be removed so that the sensor plates can be easily pushed over and under the belt.
Thanks to its 4-quadrant technology, it detects magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (iron, stainless steel, aluminum etc.) precisely and reliably. The robust stainless steel housing is easy to clean and robust and therefore suitable for many industries.

Function
The METAL SHARK® R offers the highest performance in detecting magnetic and non-magnetic metals. Typical applications are found in the medical-pharmaceutical sector as well as in the sanitary or food industry and for all kinds of chemical powders.
The product falls through the R sensor head and an optional reject unit. With the reject unit the smallest metal objects are promptly ejected from the flow of goods. Metal particles are automatically rejected.
The reject unit is suitable for tube diameter 10 to 50 mm, Reject timing is automatically by metal detector control box. Pneumatically driven.
The hygienic housing is easy to clean, all materials in contact with the product are FDA-approved quality (PTFE and stainless steel).

Function
METAL SHARK® GF (Gravity Feed) is used for pipelines with free-falling products to detect metal contaminations in continuously flowing granulates or powders such as sugar, flour, grain or spices. The METAL SHARK® INA Meat can be used universally with twisting devices and automatic clip machines. In the twist-off mode, the foreign device cable is simply plugged into the foreign device socket on the filling machine. For automatic clip machines or automatic hanging lines, the foreign device cable is inserted into the existing cable between the filling machine and the clip or hanging machine. Plug and socket types are supplied to match the filling machine type.
The device is easy to clean and complies with the FDA standard.
